SAFE CONTACT-FREE DELIVERIES & DISTANCING

We are still operating and taking orders as usual, however, we have updated the delivery process to keep you safe.

Our dedicated courier, Royal Mail, is taking new precautions to protect both employees and customers during this time. A new process has been put in place to ensure your orders are received safely, and your delivery will be contact free.
 
Signed for orders will no longer require a signature. Your delivery driver will now knock on the door to your home or building and wait at a safe distance to ensure you receive your parcel.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your package must be unopened and unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To see if you are eligible for a return please email info@lenanailpolish.com. 
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot take packages that have been opened, unless faulty.  Please note; this means that if you change your mind and want to return your order - you must not open the parcel when it arrives.
All complaints including items not received or damaged items must be notified within 14 days of the goods being ordered. We will not accept any responsibility for complaints made after 14 days.
If items are damaged in transit please send clear photographic evidence of the damage to info@lenanailpolish.com, clearly stating the issue, your full name and order number. 
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
To complete your return, we require your order number or proof of purchase.
