CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES FOR NON-UK ORDERS
Please note as of 1st July 2021, purchases made from outside of the UK may be subject to customs and import charges. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
RETURNS
You have a right to return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, (for hygiene reasons) your package must be completely unopened and unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your order must still be sealed and in the same package it arrived in. To see if you are eligible for a return please email info@lenanailpolish.com.
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot take packages that have been opened, unless faulty. Please note; this means that if you change your mind and want to return your order - you must not open the parcel when it arrives.
Faulty items or items not received
All complaints including items not received or damaged items must be notified within 14 days of the goods being ordered. We will not accept any responsibility for complaints made after 14 days.
If items are damaged in transit please send clear photographic evidence of the damage to info@lenanailpolish.com, clearly stating the issue, your full name and order number.
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
To complete your return, we require your order number or proof of purchase.
CANCELLATIONS
It is not usually possible to cancel your order once placed. However, if you do cancel an order in time; please note that we will deduct a £4.95 processing fee from your order.
